1. Tell me about yourself

  • im really energetic and have great communication skills.working in marketing department for 2 years really help me to build my confidence.
  • i consider myself reliable/organised/helpful.
  • i understand my customers need very well.
2. Why should we hire you?
  • im a fast learner. i had to learn a totally new operating system i my previous job and it was going pretty well only within couples weeks.
  • i have the right combination f skills and experience for this position. i have strong analytical and problem solving ability.
3. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
  • i see myself as a valued employee of a company. i want to be an expert at my position.
  • im really passionate about the work that i do and would love it if there were opportunities for me to mentor other employees, perhaps as a manager or supervisor.
4. Why did you leave your previous job?
  • i want to find a new work enviroment like the one you have here. i'd love to hear more about it.
  • i was already handle inside sales but i realised i was ready to move to the outside sales ut unfortunately the company didnt have any job opening.
5. What are your weaknesses?
  • i need to learn to be more flexible when things are not going according to the plans. this is something that im working on this moment.
  • i have a trouble in the past with planning and prioritization. but now by taking steps to correct by usign a pocket planner really help me to handle it.
6. What are your strengths?
  • ive always been a great in leadership. im good at producing quality work in team enviroment.
  • im an adaptable person. i work for four different managers. they have different management styles and expectations from me.
